However purchasing backlinks isn’t much recommended because if you purchase low quality it might destroy your google ranking and get punished for it. There is very few quality providers of back links.
Well social media is a distraction so I give you that, blocking or deleting them does get some your time back and causes less distraction but as for publishing on your phone this might be a nice option, but on personal level I’d like to work from a computer more as i believe we are less prone to make errors. But you are right there are dead moments that one could very well use for productive moments.
