Reverse DNS is done on the IP address, not the domain name. So as long as the reverse IP lookup works, and returns a domain that then resolves to the same IP address it will be ok.
So you are ok to send as any email address once you have a PTR for the IP address you are sending on. Just make sure you have SPF records for the domains you do send from, since they are checked.
Hard to say, there is so many speculations and conspiracy theorists are on it with crazy theory’s. Cleary someone blew it which has been confirmed in media like Reuters, CNN etc.

Yes they will find them as the links are 301 redirects which means that the URL points to your domain name. This also means that all the link juice is passed on to your website if he shortened link is pointing to your domain name.
