Our paid plans does not auto renew by themselves, so there isn’t an actual need to cancel a subscription as it ends itself at the end of the purchased period.

Instead if you wish to continue on with a paid plan you would need to renew it yourself. However you of course can always send a ticket to support that you wish to cancel your plan. We do not however refunds for purchases over day days old.

Do You have a refund policy?

Yes we do offer refunds to our customers.

We like to keep our clients 100% satisfied and we do have a refund policy and the refund rules apply to our Terms of Use.

You can within the first 2 days of the initial purchase date of a premium Simple URL Shortener account plan request a refund if you for some reason regret your purchase. No questions asked!

Refund requests that that are older than 5 days and thus overdue will not be refunded.

Please notice that on refunds we do charge processing fee:
Simple URL Shortener is entitled to the following money as processing fee on refunds as follows.

 

  • For a refund of $50 or less – Processing fee of $4.5 would be deducted.
  • For a refund of $100 or less – Processing fee of $9 would be deducted.
  • For a refund of any amount in excess of $100 a processing fee of $15 and 10% on any amount in excess of US$100 would be deducted and the rest would be paid to you.

If my premium account is canceled, can I get refunded for the remaining period?

For users that have an active Simple URL Shortener premium account our rules regarding refunds in our Terms of Use apply. All all fees and subscription charges are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for the remaining period difference from where you started your active subscription to the point/date where it was canceled.

How to request a refund

If you wish to request a refund then then you must open a support ticket at our help desk: https://helpdesk.shorturl.gg 

After you submitted the ticket we will usually reply within a few hours depending on your time zone, (we are working from +2 GMT Gibraltar time zone).

If you feel that you are missing a email from us then remember to always check your spam inbox too to see if your email service provider delivered it there instead of your default email inbox.

Do not send a email directly to us, through the front page contact form because any email support request through that form will be ignored due to the fact that it should only be used for general inquiries and questions.

You can upgrade, cancel, or change your Simple URL Shortener plan at any time.

You can upgrade your free account once you have signed into your account.
In the right menu pane select >>> Change Your Plan

and then select the price plan you wish to upgrade too. We offer both monthly plans and yearly plans so select a plan and confirm your selection.

Downgrading to the Free account will cancel your premium account. You will still have access to your account from that point. However you will lose access to any premium features directly.
