Domain management:

Server and hosting:

1. Gratisdns, (Danish host with free dns):  https://gratisdns.dk
2. Cloud.dk (Danish server host): https://cloud.dk/en  
3. WPMU Dev: https://wpmudev.org Great host for WordPress and their support is second to none.
