Do You have a refund policy?
Yes we do offer refunds to our customers.
We like to keep our clients 100% satisfied and we do have a refund policy and the refund rules apply to our Terms of Use.
You can within the first 5 days of the initial purchase date of a premium Simple URL Shortener account plan request a refund if you for some reason regret your purchase. No questions asked!
Refund requests that that are older than 5 days and thus overdue will not be refunded.
Please notice that on refunds we do charge processing fee:
Simple URL Shortener is entitled to the following money as processing fee on refunds as follows.
- For a refund of $50 or less – Processing fee of $4.5 would be deducted.
- For a refund of $100 or less – Processing fee of $9 would be deducted.
- For a refund of any amount in excess of $100 a processing fee of $15 and 10% on any amount in excess of US$100 would be deducted and the rest would be paid to you.
