Customer with Premium plans
We do primary offer email support to customers with an active paid premium plan through our helpdesk.
You must register at our helpdesk with the primary email address associated with your Simple URL Shortener account and submit your support ticket request there.
For free accounts and everyone else
We do offer limited support users with a free account in terms of issues in regards to technical account issues such as account access, upgrading account issues and request for suspending or deleting your account. You must as mentioned above register with your associated with your Simple URL Shortener account at our helpdesk or we will not be able to service you.
For all other requests we refer to our self help knowledge base which here on our support portal which everyone has access too or ask other users in our forums for help.
